Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within one week of payment. Unless the customer otherwise specifies, orders will be shipped using BPost. A tracking number will be provided for international orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales on prints, collages, and art cards are final.

Bug Boxes can be returned/exchanged at the customer's expense - including shipping and customs tax (if applicable) - within thirty days. Damaged returns will not be refunded or exchanged unless photographs of the damage are provided in advance.
